Clint founded Ivy and Oak to elevate the standard of design and craftsmanship in Jacksonville. As a licensed General Contractor and owner of CNC Construction Services, LLC, he brings a comprehensive approach to both residential and commercial renovation, ensuring that every project reflects his dedication to excellence.

Owner
Kellee Wip is the co-founder and driving force behind Ivy and Oak business services. With 25 years in sales and marketing, real estate and numerous successful renovations under her belt, Kellee is the one who makes everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
Kellee brings structure and clear communication to every project, ensuring that clients are always informed and involved. Her real estate expertise allows her to look at renovations with a lens to ensure dollars are spent wisely in addition to the beauty. She is dedicated to not only bringing beautiful designs to life but also ensuring they add significant value to your home.
With Kellee overseeing the details, Ivy and Oak Renovations combines visionary design with practical, value-driven solutions, making sure every project is a seamless and rewarding experience for our clients.
Diana Koborssi
Interior Architect
Diana brings 12.5 years of expertise in international luxury projects, specializing in Interior Architecture and project management. She has a proven track record of successfully developing and overseeing medium to large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed with the highest standards of quality and detail.
Her experience spans a variety of sectors, including Hospitality, Aviation, Commercial, and Educational, with notable projects for brands like Marriott, Ritz Carlton, and Louis Vuitton. At Ivy and Oak, Diana specializes in mood boards, space planning, interior design, and project management, bringing her refined skills to every project. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture and Design, coupled with her strong client relations, multi-tasking abilities, and problem-solving expertise, she is an invaluable asset to our team.
Tori Reynolds
Project Support
Tori’s diverse background in both sales and administrative roles. Tori has honed her skills by successfully building and maintaining client relationships, promoting brands at events, and offering competitive product solutions. She further expanded her expertise as an outside sales representative, where she gained valuable experience in understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Before these roles, Tori served as an administrative assistant, managing data entry, appointment scheduling, and other key administrative tasks. At Ivy & Oak, Tori manages procurement and sourcing of FF&E, ensuring our projects are equipped with the best materials and furnishings.
